Prof. Dr. Harun Pirim (North Dakota State University): a 20-minute presentation followed by 40 minutes of hands-on practice, where you build a working three-stage research pipeline — literature review, data analysis and drafting. Two parallel tracks are available: Google Colab + smolagents (free, nothing to install) or Claude Cowork (no API keys, real file outputs). Bring your laptop.
All submissions will be subject to peer reviews and accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. All presented papers will be also indexed in WoS, SCI and SCOPUS too.
We are pleased to invite you to the 6th Interdisciplinary Conference on Electrics and Computer (INTCEC 2026), which will be held in Chicago, Illinois, from September 24-25, 2026, with the support of North Dakota State University. This year’s event will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to present their papers either in person or virtually via Zoom.
INTCEC 2026 aims to bring together scientists, engineers, and researchers working across the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, and related fields to promote interdisciplinary collaboration. The conference will showcase cutting-edge research in electrical and computer systems, providing a global platform for the exchange of ideas, technical insights, and scientific discussion. The theme for this year is “Future trends in Computing” reflecting our commitment to solving complex engineering problems through a multifaceted perspective.

INTCEC 2026 is open to a wide audience, including senior scientists, M.Sc./Ph.D. students, post-graduate students, research scholars, post-doctoral researchers, and academics in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Communication Engineering, Mechatronics, and Natural Sciences. Additionally, companies focusing on entrepreneurship, research, and development are encouraged to participate and contribute to the event.
The conference will feature traditional research presentations, alongside keynote talks by distinguished speakers highlighting the latest state- of-the-art technologies in the interdisciplinary fields addressed by the conference. INTCEC 2026 will also host a hands-on workshop, “Agentic AI as a System for Engineering Research”, consisting of a 20-minute presentation followed by 40 minutes of guided practice. We look forward to your participation in INTCEC 2026, anticipating valuable discussions and fruitful collaborations.
